Meet The Team Tuesday With Betsy Klotz
TODAY'S Q & A IS WITH BETSY KLOTZ, A REALTOR® AND BROKER WITH WONDRACEK REALTY GROUP, AN INDIE REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE LOCATED IN Greer, SC.
Q: How did you get your start in real estate?
A: I decided to get into real estate after my kids left for marriage, college and the Air Force. The job I had was very good, however, I hit the "glass ceiling", get this - because I was married and my husband was able to support me. Knowing there was no "glass ceiling" in real estate, I got my license and have never regretted it.
Q: What would you want a potential client to know about your services?
A: I am an experienced broker and care about my clients. I listen to their needs and make it my goal to help them succeed in selling their home quickly. For my buyer clients I listen then make a list of their most important features and set in a priority order. Then they must be preapproved before we make appointments to find a home for them.
Q: What do you like to do for fun?
A: I like to work in my yard, love to bake, I volunteer at my church and donate platelets at the Blood Connection every two weeks. Oh yes, I love to ride motorcycles and drive fast cars!
Q: Best advice you have ever received?
A: The best advice I've received was from my first BIC many years ago . . . ALWAYS return phone calls and legitimate emails.
Q: Best book you ever read?
A: It would have to be the Bible. I especially like Romans and, of course, Proverbs.
